Bought these gaiters for adventure racing and winter hiking. They have performed very well. They fit snug against my lower leg which is a good thing while riding a bike, but they are stretchy enough on the upper part to easily go over pants. I like the buckle at the top with adjustable elastic band which kept them from falling down very well. I've only owned them for 2 months so I can't speak to the long term durability but so far they have been great and served the purpose. Great product, highly recommended.
