I have a hard time getting a good fit in a backpack since I have a small (but tall) frame. This pack fits great and is the perfect size for a day of skiing - either solo or with the kids and hubby.I don't pack my goggles in it - just extra gloves, lunch, snacks, and my Camelback for hydration. It isn't too bad on the lift. While I can feel it there, it doesn't seem to push me forward too much.

Why do all manufactures change where they make their products and how they make them? Probably since they can save money, the result is
the product is not as good as before. I purchased these pants not more than 1 year ago, and liked them. Then I decided to get two more,
and the result was as I feared.. inferior. They changed from Viet Nam to Malaysia, reduced the construction from 10% Spandex, 90% Nylon
to 4% Spandex, 96% Nylon. The result are pants that don't fit, and don't feel the same. Very dissapointed Exofficio had to change something

Streamlight 14000 Sidewinder Flashlight with Alkaline Batteries and IR LED, Coyote Review

This flashlight is great for a variety of uses. I bought it in Afghanistan last year and carried it every day. It is extremely durable. It has a white light, a blue light, a red light, and an infared light. Changing between colors is as simple as rotating the selector knob. Each color has 4 intensities and a strobe (flashing) mode. It also has an ambidextrious belt clip (can be mounted on either side of the light)that can be attached to a helmet mount (included in the military version). The helmet mount attaches to an ACH (Advanced Combat Helmet) without tools and the belt clip mounts to the helmet mount very securely. The light is not bright enough to be used at long distances (outdoors) but is plenty bright for use inside, even in large rooms.

The best part about this flashlight is that it is made by Streamlight. Streamlight makes excellent products and stands behind them. I purchased this light from an AAFES in Afghanistan and did not save the receipt. When the light stopped working (which is a rare occurance with Streamlight products) I emailed the customer service department and told them that I had no receipt and no warranty information. They replaced the light with a new one with no questions asked. I appreciate a company that honors their warranty and will continue to buy Streamlight products.

I have had these for a couple of months now and I really like them. The only complaint I would have is that my boney feet get a little sore with the rubber tongue on the shoes, but it seems to be softing up a bit, slowly. They are very stylish and love the color and I can even pull off wearing them with my long skirts and not look ridiculous. They are cool when I need them and warm when it gets cold and so far they are wearing very nicely.

2XU Women's Active Tri Singlet Review

I just used this singlet with the 2XU Active Tri shorts in a sprint triathlon. This singlet has a built in shelf bra and is made out of nice, soft, lightweight wicking material. For the most part, I really like it. BUT...I was really disappointed by the "pockets" on the side/rear. I uploaded a picture that shows a packet of GU inserted into the pocket. During my triathlon, I was repeatedly frustrated by the pocket. I had put a package of GU in to eat on the bike, but it wound up falling out. On the run, I tried several times to shove my small bag of sport beans into the pocket but was stymied. I eventually pushed it in....only to have it fall out not too far down the road.
In a triathlon, it's important to have nutrition along the way, but unfortunately this singlet lacks the capacity to carry that nutrition. So even though it feels great, it comes up lacking in practical performance. As I am becoming more of an endurance cyclist and growing an excitement for traithlons, I am learning a lot about the nutrition necessary to keep up performance and carry me to the finish. So while pockets may seem like a silly thing, I now realize how important they are. I was planning to have the GU shortly before hitting the transition from biking to running so that I'd be fueled up for the run. But, instead, the GU fell out of the pocket and I couldn't get the nutrition I needed when I needed it.
This will be a great top for training shorter distances or going out on the bike when I have a Camelbak. But if/when I do my next triathlon, it will be in a different top. There are other tops that have bigger pockets, some of which have a zipper.
