I commute about 50+ miles/ week on this tire in all conditions and ride them virtually everyday. I have old mountain bike which I converted to a commuting/errand bike and these tires are perfect. Great in all conditions and very fast. I have not had in flat in about 1000 miles of riding. Good for crushed limestone paths (rails to trails) road, rain, and city commuting (I bike through Chicago) .... just an all around great tire.

I run them at 120psi and they are nearly as fast as my 700 x 23c's on my racing bike.
