I was familiar with VZ Grips through searches on the internet and they seemed to be a very professional company committed to offering high quality products. When I got an amazon gift card for Christmas and found out that VZ was selling here I placed my order. I am not disappointed. These grips provide improved hand purchase on my pistol and look like a million bucks. The composite material is attractive and appears highly durable, these grips are heavier than the hardwood grips they replaced. To my eye the ETC Frags have a classic and at the same time modern look that suits my 1911 perfectly.

*Note* These grips required some special cuts in order to be compatible with my Rock Island Armory 1911, but VZ performed this service for free, all I had to do was send them a note telling them what model gun the grips were for. A+ for service!
