No complaints about amazon - we are working with them now to ascertain if we can get an exchange from them. However, Basil the company clearly has no interest in manufacturing quality. New panniers purchased, used for a 2x daily commute of <2 miles for about 10 weeks, then the bags began to fall off of the straps holding them to the pannier. The seams had blown - in fact, nearly causing a bicycle wreck in traffic, as they swung loose from one strap and the bag entangled in the rear wheel of bicycle. Basil's response to customer service query on workmanship issues was basically - we don't care - contact amazon. Will not purchase any Basil products again.
