The tote bag is very lightweight nylon and big enough to fit a laptop in. I am replacing a Totes bag that had the same interior but a much heavier exterior and the Talia tote seems like it will fill in nicely. The nylon looks like it will hold up to hauling it back and forth to work every day. I liked that the straps were not seperate and sewn on but were cut from the same piece as the body - lees chance of falling off.
