I'm 5'3" tall and normally wear size 6. I bought this Izumi bike jersey in size medium. The fit is a little tight, but acceptable. I have bigger than average shoulders and biceps (an athlete's build) and the arms are tight. I might have exchanged it for a Large if size large wasn't sold out. I love the color & print; Very sporty. The material is light and breathable. I'll order a large size when I buy this brand again.
